You must be at least 18 years old to use Prvaha. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Prvaha provides a digital platform for managing healthcare operations, including:

• Appointment scheduling and queue management
• Patient records and medical data management
• Prescription and report generation
• Clinic and staff management tools
• AI-assisted clinical workflows

Prvaha does not provide medical advice or clinical diagnosis.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis.

• Plans are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles, with any applicable free trial period.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) may be added to the subscription fee.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Access or attempt to access unauthorized data
• Interfere with system security or performance
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

• Healthcare providers using Prvaha are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, prescriptions, and patient care.
• Any teleconsultation conducted through the platform must comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and applicable medical regulations. Responsibility for such compliance rests with the registered medical practitioner and the Healthcare Organization, not Prvaha.
• Patients should consult qualified medical professionals for any treatment decisions.

Your use of Prvaha is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

For patient and clinical data, the Healthcare Organization is the Data Fiduciary and Prvaha acts as a Data Processor, processing such data only on the organization's documented instructions. You agree that:

• You have obtained all necessary patient consents and have a lawful basis to collect, upload, and process the data
• You will handle patient and personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws
• You will use the platform's data only for legitimate healthcare and operational purposes

All content, software, branding, and technology related to Prvaha are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Prvaha may integrate with third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party availability or performance
• Their privacy or security practices

We strive to ensure reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance or updates
• Temporarily suspend access if necessary

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Prvaha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for clinical outcomes or medical decisions
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for using our services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prvaha and its team from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of healthcare data

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or illegal activity

You may stop using our services at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jhajjar, Haryana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prvaha after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
