Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Prvaha can be cancelled and when refunds apply. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Prvaha is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing cycles.
  • New organizations may be offered a free trial of 14 days. No payment is required during the trial.
  • Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST) may be added to the subscription fee.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@prvaha.com.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle — it will not renew thereafter.
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

  • Free trial: If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
  • Monthly plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds may be issued if cancelled within the first 14 days of the annual term; thereafter annual fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial use, downgrade, or failure to use the service during a paid period.
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases of duplicate payment, proven billing error, or extended service unavailability on our part.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@prvaha.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered name and email
  • Organization / account name
  • Payment date and transaction or invoice ID
  • Reason for the request

We will review and respond within 5 business days.
